Lambada Courses
Our current offerings include Lambada Fast-Track I (Beginners), Lambada Fast-Track I (Variations), and the Lambada Study Group (Intermediate).
The Fast-Track courses are offered in alternating terms, meaning that when one is running, the other is not available. Each term consists of 6 weeks.

Lambada Fast-Track I (Beginners)
Lambada Fast-Track I (Beginners) is a foundation-level class with no prerequisites, designed to introduce the core structures of lambada. The course covers star basics on the spot; openings to the side, diagonals, and paraense; traveling basics (frente & trás, lateral); body rolls; simple turns; soltinho; pião; and bonus material including double and continuous turns, boneca, and chicote.
Lambada Fast-Track II (Variations)
Lambada Fast-Track II (Variations) is a beginner++ level class for dancers who have completed Lambada Fast-Track I or an equivalent beginners course. It builds on foundational concepts while introducing expressive variations, including mergulho (dive), circular head movements, drunk step with double turns, and others.
Lambada Study Group (Intermediate)
Lambada Study Group (Variations & Unusual Sequences) is an intermediate-level class for dancers with at least Lambada Fast-Track I and II completed, subject to approval. A solid understanding of lambada structure is expected, as the focus is on reversing structures, working comfortably on both sides, exploring circularity, and tackling technical and creative challenges.
The class is amazing. Very well structured, lots of fun, good vibes, and a lot of good energy!
